DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Women from BME communities face an onslaught of gender-based abuse and inequality. Many of our campaigns highlight how internal religious and cultural dynamics combine with external barriers including immigration laws, poverty, and state bias or indifference to keep BME women in positions of marginalisation and powerlessness.
