Domestic Abuse Helpline
You may not know what kind of help you need, or whether what you have experienced is domestic abuse.
You can contact our confidential helpline on 0208 571 0800 to speak with an expert advisor who will listen to you, offer non-judgmental advice and, when you’re ready, support you to make a plan to keep yourself safe.
Southall Black Sisters does not provide a 24-hour emergency service. In an emergency, dial 999.
Our helpline is open between 9am and 5pm Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (closed for lunch 12:30pm – 1:30pm.)
Our helpline is very busy, so you may need to leave us a voicemail. Remember to leave your name and a safe contact number or email address so that we can call you back.
Our Helpline Advisors speak several languages and we can provide an interpreter for any languages not spoken by our team.
We know it’s not always easy or safe to pick up the phone, so you can get in touch with us by email.
